character of New Market's historic homes. The Crispin merges the best
of old and new. Upon entry, a traditional center hall foyer opens into
a combined space for kitchen, breakfast nook and great room breathing
volume and light into the home's exciting design. The sense of space in
the great room is further heightened by sight lines that extend to a covered
porch at the rear of the great room. The porch can be screened, enclosed
as a sunroom, or converted into additional finished space. If you seek
the practical functionality of single-level living, the first-floor master
bedroom suite and utility room make the Crispin a floor plan unlikely
