Stephen Seawright – “Certified Green Building Professional” through NAHB University of Housing and instructor for REALTORS in continuing education classes, especially as relate to “Green Building”, Site Planning, Environmental Preservation and New Home Construction. Mr. Seawright is a regular contributor of “green” columns in the news letters of the Town of New Market and the Frederick County Association of REALTORS, in addition to writing for the Frederick County Builders Assocation.
